Banyan Cay Members and Staff work together to raise funds to benefit the cure!

The goal is to make education accessible. Eighteen foursomes participated in the Fourth Annual Rafe Cochran Golf Classic that helps fund schools in countries like Jamaica. Thanks to the support of this annual fundraiser, hundreds of students at Iona High School in Tower Isle, St. Mary, Jamaica, will have two new buildings on campus for the start of the fall semester.

The Sunrise Cares Golf Classic is assembled by a group of young adults with purpose, ambition, and the innate ability to make a difference. We are asking those who can help, to come out and support their vision.

Funds raised from this event will be donated to organizations that provide public awareness and help eliminate the stigma that is associated with mental illness and substance abuse. Too many young adults are left to fight substance abuse and treatable mental health illnesses on their own, due to a lack of education or fear of loved one’s misunderstanding.

Access to Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and education is critical to saving lives. The Heart of the Game is raising money and awareness for preventable deaths due to the lack of proper equipment and training. With a great turnout and multiple sponsors this event was a big success!
